I love to move my body in all ways. Boxing, yoga, lifting, walking, dancing. You name it, I've done it. I don’t believe one type of movement is better than another. All movement is good movement.

ilove being in nature

Nature grounds me back to earth and truly feeds my soul. There is nothing better than a warm summer day, barefoot in the plush grass with the sun beating down on my face.

baking is my therapy

Yes, I love health & wellness, but I also love a good ole’ fashioned chocolate chip cookie with a cup of almond milk. I truly get into the flow state when I bake and I absolutely love to try all kinds of new recipes.
