Dark Chocolate Chunk Granola

2 cups rolled oats

1 cup chopped nuts

1 cup unsweetened coconut

2 tbsp chia seeds

1/4 cacao powder

1 tsp cinnamon

1/3 cup coconut oil (melted)

1/3 cup maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla extract

Malten sea salt

1/4 cup dark chocolate chunks

Preheat Oven to 325. 

Mix all dry ingredients together. Melt coconut oil and add maple syrup, vanilla extract. Pour wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well. Spread evenly on a parchment lined baking pan & sprinkle about 1 tsp of sea salt over top of mixture. Create an opening through center of pan for air flow. Bake for 30 - 40 minutes, mixing half way through. Sprinkle 1/4 cup of dark chocolate chips as soon as mixture is out of the oven. Allow to cool for 40 - 50 minutes before enjoying!
