Maple Almond Butter Granola

What You’ll Need:

2 cups rolled oats

1 cup steel cut oats

1 cup chopped nuts (I used pecans, pumpkin seeds & cashews)

2 tbsp chia seeds

1/2 tsp sea salt

1 tsp cinnamon

1/3 cup almond butter

1/4 cup coconut oil

1/3 cup maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla

Preheat oven to 340 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Use knife, blender or magic bullet to chop nuts. Combine oats, nuts, chia seeds, cinnamon, sea salt. In a microwave safe bowl, melt coconut oil and almond butter (about 30 - 45 seconds). Stir in maple syrup and vanilla. Pour liquid over dry ingredients and stir well.

Dumb mixture on lined baking sheet and spread evenly. Create a line down the center to create more air flow. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes. Allow to cool completely before breaking into clusters

**option to use all rolled oats

**use whatever type of nuts you like
